Greg Burwell is Ballet Institute of Atlanta’s Director of Strength and
Greg has over 20 years of experience as a health and wellness professional with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer and has written numerous articles for publications such as Atlanta Health and Fitness Magazine. Greg enjoys designing corporate wellness programs that meet the health and wellness goals of employees, increase overall employee productivity and lower employer health care costs. He also enjoys speaking to groups on health-related topics providing workplace well-being presentations and designing layouts for fitness centers across the United States.
Greg Burwell has been working with dancers throughout his career assisting
them with areas such as increased strength, injury prevention, injury rehab
and increased flexibility. Ballet Institute of Atlanta’s instructors love
sharing student limitations with Greg and watching him masterfully address
their specific needs in his classes. Director Jaime Robtison likes to refer
to Mr. G as BIA’s “secret weapon”.
